I am trying to use a uuid 33477fbfd61e42b881947cbf6dcd90b9 as deal reference while creating new order using com.iggroup.webapi.samples.client.RestAPI.createOTCPositionV1(RestAPI.java:258) However it keeps throwing org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$BadRequest: 400 Bad Request: [{"errorCode":"validation.pattern.invalid.request.dealReference"}]

Is IG streaming APis down ..i am not receiving any data today

I have same issue. I tried to close my trade in profit and it gave error. Now it does not show any open position but my profit and loss keeps on changing. My closing trade is also not in history. Cant reach out to helpdesk ..tried to call UK and Australia number. I am still on phone for last 60 mins but no human is answering

I am not able to close this trade .On the online platform it shows i don't have open positions but shows profit/loss increasing decreasing.. In history also it does not show up. I have tried to call up your helpdesk numbers in both australia and UK and it does not go through. I was trying to close the trade when it had more than $300+ profit.
