  1. Just been paid 0.86 points for the dividend adjustment on FTSE Index. Should be more even if the special dividend for Glencore is excluded. Unclear why this would be the case as Glencore will fall tomorrow by the total dividend payment (if value is not to be destroyed or created) so the FTSE Index will be impacted similarly. Please could you confirm what the case is and why.

    Any update given the problem is now two weeks old? Are you actually going to fix it or are you misleading all the clients that have asked after it? I note that I am one of many that have been told you are working on it, but have not found an update on any similar question. 

  3. Funnily enough, I have another issue which IG tells me that they have been looking to fix for 4 months now (tell me ongoing when I chase) and I can't believe it could not have been fixed if this were the case.

    I assume that we will never be getting feed back as an "API" issue like this is not a two week fix. They just don't want to tell us hoping we will forget.

  4. I contacted IG Client Help regarding the Data Sheet for Harbour Energy (HBR) at https://www.ig.com/uk/marketanalysis/ig-shares/premier-oil-plc-PMO-UK/prompts/DAILY on 18th October. Because the details provided still seem somehow linked to Premier Oil (PMO), the News is missing, Financials only go up to YE 2020 and Fundamentals also wrong. 

    This was a FTSE 100 company until December and yet as we get to 2 months since I raised the issue nothing has been done to fix the page which I can only assume is a pretty quick exercise. I am told that there are a number of teams that deal with it which is why nothing has been done.

    PMO became HBR in (so the page has needed fixing since) early 2021 (you can see the Financials were last refreshed on 21 March 2021.

    Wish I knew who to contact about this (who manages Client Support) as I think the platform should have accurate data for larger cap companies and respond to customer problems raised better.
