Last week I could have the IG app on my phone and ipad open at the same time to show both my accounts. Now I can't. As soon as I open IG Trading on one appliance, whether it's ipad, iphone or laptop it closes whatever I already had open on another appliance.
This means I have to switch between my two accounts instead of being able to monitor them at the same time
Is this just a glitch or a permanent change? If permanent I may have to consider moving to one account to another provider - any recommendations?
