Generally, no. Statements are sent via email. Even if you could convince them to send you paper-based statements, it would almost certainly be charged as an additional service.

I believe that they would if you specifically request it, but like I say they would almost certainly charge for it. It would probably also depend on the type of account you have. Bear in mind that if you are dealing regularly, then it would be impractical to send out a postal statement every time you made a transaction. Ultimately, it's something you would have to raise with IG if you really want a paper statement - try contacting their helpdesk (email might be best given the current circumstances) rather than wait for an 'official' response on here. Ultimately, you'd likely have to set it up through their helpdesk anyway.

    • Look at the enormous divergence on the RSI
    • Here's what I'd be looking for if Germany was open right now.  Since it's the weekend, we'll see a different picture when it reopens. Hourly time frame   How it looks on the daily time frame.  RSI and MACD aren't positive yet, they're headed that way though.
    • I bought some Gilead shares on Friday morning (UK time) @ around £64. Since then the price has gone down I was making a loss at  market close time @ 10:00. I just checked the chart on IG this evening and it is showing the closing price as $74.09. Am I seeing things(Wishful thinking:)? If so can someone please explain why it is showing the latest price as $74.09?
