I spent another day overtrading yesterday, jumping the gun on my indicators and trying new stats in live instead of demo. 

The inevitable result was that I quickly lost money that took time and patience to accumulate.

I can't seem to stick to my plan.  I am addicted to the charts all day long.  If SB was taken away from me tomorrow, I don't know what else I would do.  I seem to have lost any interest in doing anything else.  Is this an addiction?
