Is anyone holding on to Livongo Health shares?

Hi, is anyone holding on to Livongo Health shares? The company was supposed to merge with Teladoc Health. The share got suspended and is supposed to be swapped for Teladoc Health shares. I can trade out of Livongo now and IG basically just kept asking me to wait by throwing out a generic answer. I heard other brokers have already swapped the shares but IG seemed to be taking a backseat. Would appreciate if anyone can advise me on this.

did you get any luck with IG their helpdesk? So far they haven't been very responsive for me.

Did IG try to solve the issue for you? I tried to engage them but not getting replies.

Does anyone have more info on this? I hold 20 livongo shares. They’re currently disabled. Should they automatically convert to 0.6x Teladoc shares? If so does anyone know when it will be happening? I’d appreciate any help, thanks,

Hi,

I had the same issue and was trying to get it sorted. The shares have been converted to TDOC although incorrectly. Apparently they round off the shares to a lesser number. If you were to get 9.65 shares of TDOC after the merge, you will only get 9 and be paid as cash for the remaining 0.65. However, that hasn't happened yet. 

No one seems to be answering the phones!

Managed to get the helpdesk on the phone. I was told that they closed the position for LVGO on 28 Oct and opened TDOC on 28 Oct price. They say they will transfer the special dividend over when their broker remit.

Hi, does anyone have an update on the TDOC fractional shares acquired as a result of conversion of LVGO shares? IG does not seem to have settled those for cash yet.
