US shares commission charges

Hello,

When previewing share purchase it shows a commission charge. I thought if you made 3 trades per month then it would be free to trade in US shares. Please can someone clarify if the commission is reimbursed or initially charged. Thanks.

The reduction only applies from the start of the following month. Any deals made beyond the 3 qualifying trades in the same month will still be charged at the standard commission rate.

I am having this same problem. I am now in my 3rd month and each month I have placed more than 3 deals and yet I am still being charged.

How is this going to be fixed?
