I tried to apply for opening a new account at IG Markets, but was refused for some reasons. I wonder about company politics toward this issue. What is criteria to be accepted as a new customer.

Hi Dagg,

Usually during the assessment questions around your financial situation as well as your experience in trading will be asked. Then, IG will verify your ID and ask you to submit some documents.
