Not sure why my US dividend is not paid in full

From my recent statement I had the following dividend payment:

14-May-2021   Main Street Capitol   90@0.205 converted at 0.70645   Dividend Paid £11.08

From my calculation the payment should be £13.03

Not sure why this is no explanation on the statement?

Thanks for your post. 

The reason is the 15% withholding tax. However, I will pass feedback on regarding this to make it clearer on the statement.
