Vietnam Holding tender offer

I hold shares in VNH (with IG) who have recently raised a tender offer which I would like to participate in.  As a relatively new investor I am unsure as to how to proceed.  Having read the tender offer documentation I think that IG should submit the TTE application on my behalf?  Is this correct?

In cases of Corporate Actions, if you are eligible the Corporate action will contact you via email with the options you have and to record your instructions.
