Dear IG .

I have sent email to Mounika Jangam Trading services regarding receiving my weekly report every sunday evening .

The Report in question is WEEK AHEAD  , I did not receive on 12/9/2021 . Mounika has still not bothered to answer my query . I need this report every sunday night so I know what i happening in week ahead. I have been receiving this for last 3.5 years .

Can some resposible person in Ig look into this matter . Perhaps it may be time to start looking at alternate Broker .

I am surprised that you cannot find the report in question.

I have been receiving this report every Sunday evening for well  over THREE Years , but regretfully I did not receive the report Yesterday .

 

Please see the attached copy for your easy reference . ( hope u are able to find now )

 

This is a weekly report so i want to make sure I get on Sunday .
