Unable to deposit funds from PayPal

Hi guys,

I am unable to deposit funds into IG from my Credit card via PayPal, the message from IG states it's because I have used this PayPal to fund another account.

For context - I was forced to open a new IG account as my last one had not been used for the past 2 years.

My PayPal account is existing.

Can anyone suggest a fix here?

Could you please reach out to the helpdesk through helpdesk.au@ig.com or the live chat feature on our website?

If you have the previous Account ID or email address that the account was linked to. Our team will be able to investigate and advised why you can't deposit via PayPal.
