How to trade QQQ or EQQQ

Hello,

I want to trade the QLD or QQQ as a retail trader with IG but it won't let me.  If I try EQQQ it gives the error "Market not available online
The market you requested is no longer available online."

How can a retial trader with IG trade the Nasdaq 100 index?

Thanks for the query. 

EQQQ trades in London so the market was closed at the time.

QLD or QQQ require a mifid score. You need to call the helpdesk and be taken through the appropriate questionnaire before you would be able to trade these.
