L2 cant login in

Hi

I am trying to log in using the L2 system but  get the following reponse :-

The authentication server returned an error - check your username and password.

I am using the same username and password I use to login to to IG Web Application.

Please can you help.

Please note you will be unable to log into the platform unless you have registered for L2 access. Please register for L2 dealer from the link Register for L2 Dealer 

You should see the option to Register for L2 Dealer when scrolling down the page. If you have, please send a confirmation and we will contact the relevant team for you.

I have rgeistered for L2 Dealer but still cannot log in. Is this available to Retail level investors?
