slowness in the platform

Hi

I experience a very slow response from the platform, what is going on?

when i click between different time frames, it take so long to load which was not like for the past few days.

Hi @Thomas

We just tested the platform on 3 different devices in different locations. The platform is responding well. Could you please try switching from 4G to WiFi  to see if it could be a temporary issue on either connection. All the best, OfentseIG
