Trading ProReal Platform rejected

I am struggling with ProReal platform where I try to trade, but it does not allow me to.  See the message I'm getting.  Can somebody please assist?

Thanks for reaching out. 

You would need to trade instruments that are denominated in your account currency. For example, if your account base currency is US$, the instruments you can trade should be in US$ and not any other currency.
