Access MT4 on iphone

Has something changed as i can no longer access my IG live account on the apple MT4 app. I can login to the website and also the windows IG Live application?

I have ee downloaded MT4 and it’s now asking for first 3 letters of server? What would this be?

Our Live servers are as below:

1) IG-LIVE (Case sensitive on mobile MT4)
2) mt4.ig.com:443

Hi,

did this get resolved as I am going through the exact same thing..I’ve used MT4 on iPhone for a few years and only returned to trading after a year away, I have deleted the app and reinstalled but facing the same issue as above. It doesn’t look like the IG server is present or cannot be found. If you could please advise

Hi @FAB, Hello, after clicking "Add New Account" and choosing "Existing Account," search for IG-LIVE to locate our two servers, namely IG-LIVE and IG-LIVE2. Please inform us if you encounter any difficulties finding them.

I now can't find any ig-live1 or ig-live 2 options on my mt4 mobile apps . I now using Samsung fold 5 mobile and i have deletedthe mt4 apps and download again , still cant search any ig server. Would you like to help me to fix this problem, thanks
