Thanks but today you are quoting  daily 4th sept FTSE expiry 25/08/23> is that accurate?

Hi @andremkm1,

Thank you for your post, just to confirm, are you querying the expiry date on the FTSE 100 daily option that it is showing as 25/08/2023?

Thank you for your response @andremkm1,

Please note that this should not be the case, the platform should display today's date as the expiry as in the screenshot I attached above (both CFD and spread betting).

You are kindly requested to try the following troubleshooting steps and then log back in:

1. Log out > Close all browser windows > Relaunch browser and log back in.
2. Clear Cookies and Cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del In Chrome), make sure all time or duration is selected. Restart the browser to fully complete the process. (Old platform commonly encounters caching issues, clearing them will generally solve most display issues.)
3. Try another browser - Chrome is recommended, however, Firefox/Opera are great alternatives.
4. Try the browser's incognito (private) browsing mode if client does not want to try another browser.
5. Verify that the problem occurs on another workstation.

All the best,

KoketsoIG

    • Some indices in Asia saw a modest rebound, but the ASX200 and Nikkei continued to fall, following on from yet more heavy losses in the US. Stocks continue to take a battering from the realisation that the Fed would leave US rates at their current levels for a longer period than previously thought, leading to a reversal in equities and a resumption of the losses seen in the early part of September. Today's data is dominated by flash PMIs from around the globe, in the wake of a Bank of Japan statement that left policy unchanged and maintained its dovish outlook. While US futures have recovered slightly, European markets seem set for a choppy open.
