No reply from IG Markets after submitting documents

Hi,

I applied for an account with IG Markets International two months ago, but they have not activated it yet. They asked me for more documents, but did not reply to my emails. I don’t know what is wrong or what to do. Has anyone else faced this issue with IG Markets? How can I get them to respond? Please help.

I too have tried to open account a few weeks ago, and supplied requested documents, with no activity or response. Not a good feeling so far!

Guys i totally recommend contacting Enc Lien - account manager for IG . A great guy who will help you along the way.
