Long Put and Call Gold Options

I have a few basic questions I hope you can help me out with. I have uploaded a screenshot to help indicate what areas I am talking about. 

1. Red Circle - For the lengths of these options I can only see 4 times (weekly, Feb 24, Apr 24, June 24) Is there any 12 month terms available? 
2. Blue Circle - This is todays current spot price of Gold
3. Yellow Highlight - What does this price mean? 

Overall I am interested in seeing what the price is longer than 6 month Call Options. I seem to be limited to only 4 periods.

Hi , remember in IG you are spread betting on option prices, which is why you can't go out as far in time vs "real" options. An options platform eg saxotrader or ibkr would let you place longer term trades

The price in yellow is the "futures" price
