Is Inscriptions now the new order in cryptoverse?

Recommended Posts

With the launch of AVAV into the inscription ecosystem, the popularity of this activity is becoming overwhelming as more and more people now inscribe on a blockchain to mint brand new tokens giving rise to a whole new token standards like BRC-20, ASC-20, XRC-20, SPL-20 and more.

More people are now attracted to minting new tokens just by inscribing on a blockchain network and has provided a whole new world of earning more income from the crypto space with little fee. Imagine minting a token for a fee as low as $20 before making as much as $1,000 after listing if all goes well just like what it used to be like in the early days of NFT creation and listing.

AVAV - an ASC-20 token, however is fast becoming the most popular inscription on Avalanche network with inscription temporarily halted atm to control the price as it continues to be listed across exchanges like LBank and Bitmart with Bitget also scheduled to list the token after meeting liquidity.

A little peep into their telegram community shows how vibrant the project is and the token's market potentials.

The question now is could inscriptions be the defining ecosystem of crypto in 2024?

Absolutely, having just purchased AVAV, through Bitget exchange, I am optimistic about the potential of inscriptions shaping the crypto ecosystem in 2024. The efficiency and speed of transactions on Avalanche, coupled with the growing popularity of AVAV, indicate a broader trend toward inscription-based assets. The scalability and interoperability of the Avalanche network make it an attractive platform for such tokens, fostering a dynamic ecosystem. As more users embrace inscription-based assets for their decentralized and efficient nature, it's conceivable that inscriptions could indeed become a defining feature of the crypto landscape in 2024, reshaping how we perceive and engage with digital assets.

Those tokens are already trending and if we look at the price performance of ORDI and SAT which are both another inscription projects on BTC; you would start appreciating the project particularly AVAV that seems  to better ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum with some advantages such as faster transactions, lower fees, and higher scalability.

Hmm! It's a good question and i think the whole concept of inscription which is still in its nascent stage making such an impact, it could be imho.

That's true mate, brc-20 tokens has opened the gate for other inscription tokens due to the success of ORDI, SATS and RATs. With AVAV  been the first inscription on the avalanche blockchain, am optimistic it could replicate the success of ORDI on Bitcoin blockchain hence the reason I grabbed a decent amount upon its listing on Bitget.

    • I couldn't help but think of traditional bank savings accounts at a time of market volatility and a notable decline in the entire cryptocurrency market, where money could be deposited and still earn interest. Imagine being able to save Bitcoin during a downturn, receive interest on it, and then profit twice over when it rises. It's far too dangerous to wait for ideal circumstances and then not have a way to protect your money and investments during market downturns. Putting in place programs similar to Bitget's May Savings Carnival on all cryptocurrency platforms might be a big help to traders shielding their assets from the erratic nature of the cryptocurrency market. Having such options available could have saved me from losing my investments three years ago, just after I made profits during the enormous bull market surge, as I can personally attest to.
    • Dear @zappa_69, Retail clients can't trade most US ETFs because of the PRIIPS (Packaged retail and insurance-based investment products) regulation. All European and UK retail clients are subject to this. This regulation covers (inter alia):  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions • Over The Counter Derivatives • Exchange Traded Derivatives (including ETFs, ETCs & ETNs). As such, no retail client can trade on any of the above.  Thanks,  KoketsoIG
