IG Lists No Longer Synchronizing to PRT

Hi All,

Previously when creating lists in the IG Web platform, those lists would synchronize with PRT and would be available within the PRT platform.
Recently, myself and a few others have noticed that lists are no longer synching to PRT.

Is anyone else experiencing the same? Will this issue be addressed?

Populating lists in IG (via the API) and having them synch with PRT is a core part of our trading strategy for many.

Yes I am also experiencing this. I have sent a technical report through PRT.

Yes. I am having the same problem since 12 Jan. Reported it to IG help desk4-5 times.

I am so surprised that it is taking so long to resolve?

How many other traders affected by this?
