Changes to app ?

In the last few days when using iPhone or iPad, I can no longer click on a market and it bring up news, market data, dealing etc. I can access the chart by keeping my finger on the market but one click does nothing seemingly. Has there been a change that I’m unaware of. All good when using pc. Many Thanks

Hi @CTrading,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

I understand that you are experiencing issues when clicking on the market. It seems that you do not have the same options as shown in the attached screenshot. 

In the meantime, I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps. 

1. Log out, force close the app and then log back in.
2. Ensure that your app has been updated to the latest version.
3. Ensure that you are using a good stable WiFi connection or 4G mobile data. Try switching between the two network services to see if it could be a temporary issue on either connection.
4. Delete the app and do a fresh installation of the app.
5. Restart the mobile device.

Let us know if the above seem to change anything.
