Log in problems

I've been unable to login with Chrome or Firefox on my PC for the last 3/4 days  It shows the the login screen, I press login, then nothing happens.
This doesn't happen on my laptop using firefox or Chrome nor on the IG App on my Android phone.  I've cleared the cache and browser history on both browsers on the PC but I still can't log in.

I suspect it might be due to firewall settings, which I've checked. no other websites appear to be affected.

Can you help please?
