viewing news for shares on my watchlist or positions

on the old platform there used to be a news icon which popped up against any share I had on watch if there was news for that share. Is there an equivalent on the new platform, and if so how do I enable it for my watchlist and positions?

Please note that you can access the news for your market by clicking on 'news' on the chart as in the attached screenshot.

OK thanks, but that seems a big backward step

Before at a glance I could see if there was any news on all the shares I was watching

Now, from what I understand, I have to select each share and go to its chart and then click on news just to see if there is anything I need to know - I can't see me doing this every day for each individual share
