US Large caps all time highs

So finally the S&P nudges into fresh all time highs, to be confirmed with actual S&P open later today I guess.  The questions now are:

  1. How high will it go before the end of this rally and the end of the Bull - I believe the two are the same now
  2. Will any other indices follow to fresh all times highs or fall short?  I think the only one that will follow, maybe, is the Dow

If and when we see the end of this rally phase on the S&P and that coincides with other indices turning below all time highs then that could very well be the end of the Bull.  Speculation as to where this will happen is fruitless, I think we have to see it happen before trading that.  For me there is a decent chance this rally will be short so not worth getting Long for me either.

Anyone see it differently?

    • After a poor finish to last week, Asian markets mostly traded in negative fashion on Monday, though some bargain-hunting in the Nikkei lifted that index off its lows. With major central bank decisions out of the way for the time being, the focus now shifts to the possibility of a government shutdown in the US. House Republicans are making efforts to consider stopgap funding measures to stave off a shutdown. Today's major events include the German IFO index, plus testimony to eurozone lawmakers by ECB president Christine Lagarde.
