Demo on MT4 down since Monday

Since Monday it is not possible to open or close positions in MT4 demo accounts. Has anyone received any respond from IG customer support? So far all queries about this issue are being ignored by IG. I understand that demo accounts are not priority and they had technical problems earlier this week but three days should be enough to fix it, or at least reply to customers.

Dont pin your hopes on them. They will only reply at their own time. I have already given up hope of the customer service ever resolving any issue. This problem has long been an issue but never been addressed. You can try using other brokers mt4 demo. They work pretty well. Prices are universal so they should not deviate much from ig prices. 
There are ppl here who said that becos of the volatility this happens..but they did not really answer my question as to why other brokers mt4 demo has NO problem opening orders and closing orders and why must this issue restricted only to ig since mkt is universal and volatility affects all brokers and NOT just ig alone.
