ProRealTime connection problem

New member here folks, can anyone help me fix this issue?

downloaded ProRealTime and the top right hand box is not connecting to the brokerage! its an orange colour and says its connecting but doesnt

Has anyone else had problems connecting or have i missed ticking a box while loading this up

I finally got support on this. The reason why did didn’t work is because IG’s prorealtime is only setup to work with CFD accounts.

 It won’t connect with if launched with a share dealing account
