Money Lost in transfer to bank

4XTrader

Question

I withdrew £4000 to the same account that i have been using for years, all other transfers have all been fine But this is the largest i have withdrawn and it's gone missing, tried IG asking for a Bank Payment Trace through Twitter with no luck. I have all the info screenshots of my account withdrawal and statement from the bank saying the transfer didn't go in  I don't know what to do. Has anyone had the same problem and how did you rectify it. Many Thanks
