    Cannot close out Gold contract once US was in pre-open. This has been increasingly common in last few weeks. Now i cannot access the platform just get "Sorry. An unexpected error occurred...DUHH!! I've had enough - am moving to a company and platform with FAR fewer errors/time-outs - O and A.
