it was very strange - an hour later and we were back to a 2 pip spread - all for no apparent reason. Why do you say from 10-10.30? I assumed it was just out of UK hours ie all night. Removing stops overnight on these seems the only way to avoid being "tagged and dragged".

there were 15x 1 minute candles with close to 100 pip ranges - all been removed from the chart now oh well, "nothing to see here, all move along"!

Hi Casey, Im on the live platform and there was 15 minutes of very volatile price action. All been removed from the charts now - concerning as I have a position on. No apparent reason for it

Hi Whats with the Wall Street (Dow) chart in the last 15 minutes? IG chart showing 100 pip swings which are not reflected with any other brokers. Is this a system issue or real?

Hi I get alerts and notifications through fine for price alerts on the app (iPhone). I do not however get any alerts when an order has been executed (neither open or close). I've read the short instructions on setting up alerts and all seems to be in order. When I am at my PC and a trade is opened/closed then I get the beep and the alert/notification in the news feed on the right - no problem at all. I assume I am missing something, so please advise what I need to do in order to be alerted when a position has been opened/closed and I am not at my desk- ie solely relying on my iPhone app to let me know. Thanks
