Has IG platform crashed?

Cannot close positions on web based platform, mobile app and cannot get through on the phone. What a nightmare. I doubt we will be refunded for lost trades as they will have in their T&C some protection against this but from a branding this is very damaging. Has anyone seen an evaluation of the various spread-betting platforms for reliability?
