Hi, I can't answer your question but am in a similar situation holding APTIV shares, who recently announced an issue, and I've had nothing from IG - not even a response to my direct question to them re notifications etc as you have done. Good luck...I'll follow your posts in hope of enlightenment!

I have a holding in the US stock "APTIV" on my IG Account, and they have recently announceed a corporate action. Please advise how I will be advised of the notifications, options to take up rights etc. by IG.
