    My PRT is still not working in terms of trading, I cannot do trades on it. I was told by IG to contact PRT and sort it out with them, as it is a third party application

    I get this message that i do not have permission to trade after charts disappeared on Monday... I am told by helpdesk to contact ProRealTime itself to sort it out.... Anybody knows another way?? Thanks

    dmedin...I confirm your sentiment regarding PRT and I would also like to know if it is possible to use Trading View instead of PRT...Then IG would be the best trading option out there...
