IG crest ID

Hi, 

I'm transferring an ISA to IG. My soon to be ex broker has sent a transfer form, insisting it be returned within a month or my transfer will be cancelled. This despite having my signed transfer in their hands.

The only info I lack is IG's Crest ID. Can anyone oblige, so that I can **** their delaying tactics in the bud.

I've passed your email address onto our corporate actions team so they can reach out to your previous broker. When transferring out they shouldn't need that information. (Just for you to know, the Crest ID is exchanged by brokers, we wouldn't give that information to traders so it should not have been asked from you).
