I bought some Gilead shares on Friday morning (UK time) @ around £64. Since then the price has gone down I was making a loss at  market close time @ 10:00.

I just checked the chart on IG this evening and it is showing the closing price as $74.09. Am I seeing things(Wishful thinking:)? If so can someone please explain why it is showing the latest price as $74.09?ADD729E8-0E98-4722-B96E-0275EEB98B4E.thumb.png.81fb06e90043ea7e93db759630317503.png

Looks like this is on the mobile app - I frequently see this happening at either end of the scale on weekends across all of my stocks on my watchlist, so there definitely is a bug in either their weekend (cob Friday) pricing or mobile app on the weekends. Typically reverts back to where is should on Monday morning.

    • Hi @DominicWalsh   Thanks for sharing your analysis on EURCAD.   All the best - MongiIG
    • EURCAD was consolidating for 3 weeks in a wide horizontal trading range on a daily. Its support was finally broken this week. I believe that the pair may go lower now. Next support - 1.428
    • Charting the Markets: 8 February FTSE 100 near record high, DAX 40 and S&P 500 also higher on Fed chair's speech. EUR/USD, GBP/USD and AUD/USD prices oversold in uptrend. And gold and oil prices rally, as lumber drops back.
