Question

Hi all,

 

I'm having a fair amount of trouble depositing into my IG account. I keep getting the attached message, even though my bank has told me there are no blocks or fraudulent flags placed on my card so I'm guessing this may be an IG problem. Any help would be appreciated so I can start trading as I'm new to the game, thank you

There can be many reasons a payment will not go through but we can see from our side some indication of what the problem should be. The best thing to do is reach out to us and we will be able to give you the next steps.
