System does recognise my email address

I have been logging in all day and now the system tells me It doesn't recognise my email address details.

Please help.

If you're having issues logging in it may be that you've entered your password incorrectly 3 times. 

To resolve this please call us or email us asking for the account to be unlocked. 

If you're emailing us, please include answers to the following questions (PLEASE DO NOT RESOND TO THESE ON COMMUNITY).

- Name and Date of birth

- Postal address registered on your account. 

 

If you also want us to send you a reset password link please include answers to 2 of the following as well as the security questions above: 

- Last trade

- Mobile number

- Card or bank account used to fund the account

- Account balance
