Application Rejected (due to mistake) - how long before i can reapply?

Question

I applied for a live account this evening, admittedly in a bit of a rush as i was cooking dinner, and it was rejected. I've never been rejected from a broker before, so i strongly suspect i must have entered some incorrect information. I have a good income, savings and i am part qualified in a relevant field. How long must I wait before I can reapply? Or is there a way to review my answers so i can double check what was entered?

I have a demo account and  i really like the platform and want to start using IG as my main broker.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, 

If you need to change some of the details you entered when signing up you can by contacting us. Please note, we may ask for proof of the earnings and savings as they're being changed just after sign up.

Hi,

 

I have the same issue - I've tried to email IG support and call. Would like to get my account setup. It has taken 2 days of me trying.

It shouldn't have taken this long. I've reached out to our client facing team to help but they informed me the account is now open. If you need to change any details though you will have to email/ call us.
