Hello,
The platform isn't letting me buy some ETF shares, e.g. 'ARK genomics revolution'; they are 'complex instruments', not eligible for trading on my account. I opened this account to trade ETFs; how can I rectify this? I could really do without having to extract my funds and change providers :s
