Question

None of my account funds are not showing under the mobile or desktop platform, not any information on my open positions or charts. Is the platform under maintenance or is there anything i can do to amend this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nik,

There hasn't been reports of such issue. Once you login, you will arrive to a page with a Dashboard, it should show your account and balance.
Could you please reach out to helpdesk.uk@ig.com with your account details. Our team will be able to have a look into your account and come back to your with further information.

    • Dear All, On the September 22 I could not sell Presto automation stock $PRST.  I have reported that to IG helpdesk, had multiple calls etc. It is not obvious where this process is going and I need my refund money ASAP. I have sent the screenshots etc.
