on my demo account i have been stopped no where near my sell stop , help ?

hello, 

I'm trying to get some practice on the demo account.

I entered Bershire hathaway tonight at 8.30pm  5th October

entry point 27945

stop 27090

target 29364

at 10pm roughly it kicked me out saying it reached my stop of 27090.53 but it didn't reach that figure , in fact no where near.

I even checked the minute chart.

what am I doing wrong ?  I need to trust this platform before I invest real money .

can someone enlighten me ?

Could you please reach out on the helpdesk.uk@ig.com, the helpdesk will be able to check on the order history and check on the stop level and why it was triggered.
