How to change background colour in iphone app?

Hi.  My app has suddenly got a black background. Very difficult to see.  How can I change it back to a white background please?

Hi @Loveys,
The app background changes in accordance with your your phone settings. If you change your phone settings to light or dark mode the app should synchronize with that choice. You can also select the theme on the desktop version 

Once changed your app should change too, light mode being the default option.
