Today, You say you've confirmed my identity.  But your site says I still need to upload id documents.  Your site invites me to activate my account to enable funds transfer which then leads me back to the beginning "upload your Id documents'.  I

I am confused.  More than 'a few hours' have passed.  You say my id is confirmed - but seem to insist I begin uploading all over again, which is impossible since your site thinks the process is complete.
