Withdrawal Not Processed

I have withdrawn funds from my account many times. Tried to do so again today and initially the funds left my MT4 account but less than an hour later they were back. I asked support on live chat and one minute I was told to hols as the agent was looking at it and next minute the agent closed the chat.

I have not received any messages or emails from IG about why this has happened. Any ideas?
