CAN YOU GO LONG ON A POSITION THAT YOU ARE ALREADY GOING SHORT ON AND HAVE BOTH RUNNING ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER?.

Yes this is possible. You simply need to make sure that you click on the force open box in the deal ticket. 

(For US clients, going long and short is not possible)

YES YOU CAN. ON THE DEAL TICKET MAKE SURE 'FORCE OPEN' IS SELECTED AND NOT 'NET OFF'.

Think carefully about it Gedi as being too clever usually results in one of two things : losing money or losing lots of money .Running a long and short position together in my 30 years of experience , is rarely profitable.
