Withdrawal Verification Rejected

My bank statement uploaded to verify by VISA DEBIT card is being constantly rejected because the IG transaction in my statement isn't stated in GBP but my country currency GHS. I have clearly  explained the issue to the IG support team but it's still not resolved!!!
