Dear @Joannalondon,

To verify/upload your documents on the mobile app, please select ‘account’ in the bottom right, then select the ‘withdraw’ button and ‘verify documents’.

Alternatively, you can also send an email from your registered email address to helpdesk.uk@ig.com with your bank statement to verify your bank.

Dear @Joannalondon,

As mentioned by @eastside, it doesn't have to be a paper statement. You can use e-statements, which can be easily obtained by logging in to your bank's website or app. Simply go to the e-statements or statements section to download it. Alternatively, you can call your bank to request the statements or seek guidance on the download process.
