Question

Hi,
I've noticed any ETFs which are listed on more than one exchange will request the w8-ben is completed.
For example, my domestic exchange is the ASX. The Vanguard All World Ex-US ETF - AU (ASX:VEU ISN:AU000000VEU9) states the w8-ben form is required to be completed prior to allowing a trade to occur. This is one of many multi listed ETFs which throw this error.
Is this a platform bug as im assuming im attempting to trade an ASX listed ETF, not on the US market.
Thanks!
