Unreasonable Stop Loss distance on FX pair or Android app bug?

ForexGuy

Question

Hi,

Using Android app I am opening new deal of 1 lot on GBP/CHF and I need to fill in guaranteed stop loss in points. I put 55 points but then I get message "Please enter a stop distance greater than 679.37". That is 680 pips! Surely it is wrong?

Similar thing happened earlier in the day with GBP/USD that I trade on regular basis, any idea what is causing this or is this a bug?

Just a followup on this. I had chat with support agent and the reason for 680 on GBPCHF was 5% minimum stop distance requirement of the current price, however ridiculously high that seems to be it calculates. For the GBPUSD major the requirement is 8 pips so there was a bug that will be passed to developers to rectify.
